Erica Durance Biography
Erica Durance was born in Canada in the year 1978. Once Durance graduated from high school, she moved to Vancouver, British Columbia, in the idea of taking up acting as her profession. Her progress in acting can be drawn as a gradient. She first started studying acting, moved on to doing background work. Later she started doing a lot of commercials. Then many guest roles came by her way and gradually her roles started having a lot of significance.
She has made guest appearances in shows such as “The Chris Isaak Show”, “Tru calling”, The Collector etc. Her best performance however was in the show “Smallville”, in which she had frequent guest roles in the fourth season. In the fifth season, she had done a regular cast itself. Durance has also appeared in the “The Howard Stern Show”.
Durance has also done some movies with the name Erica Parker. Parker is supposedly the surname of her first husband. She has starred in the movie “House of Dead” in 2003. “Ectasy”, “I Me Wed”, “The Butterfly Effect 2”, etc are some of the movies in which Durance has starred.
Some other interesting facts about her are that, she was featured as the cover girl and the highest new entrant in the May 2006 issue of the popular magazine FHM. In 2007, she was even listed in the World’s 100 sexiest women by FHM. She married for the second time to Canadian actor David Palffy.
